The deposit to secure your date is half of the full total. In addition all events require a security deposit of $250. Security deposits are returned to the client within 4 days after their event as long as there is no damage to property or significant cleaning required. At the conclusion each event, venue should be returned in its original condition.
*For clients who don’t want to carry the burden of cleaning up after their event DLR Luxury Suite offers the option for clients to add on a cleaning service Fee for a additional $250.*
